NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- The third annual North Little Rock free shred and recycle event will be held on Saturday, September 11 at First Baptist Church from 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Follow these three rules to make recycling simple:
- Recycle empty bottles, cans, paper and cardboard.
- Keep foods and liquids out of the recycling.
- Keep plastic bags out of the recycling bins (do not bring your recyclables in bags).
No batteries or large metal objects will be accepted at this recycling event. Smaller metal objects like paper clips, staples and small binder clips are acceptable. All paper will be 100% recycled. In two - three weeks your shredded documents will become paper towels, napkins or toilet paper!
Special thanks to the following organizations for their partnership in this event:
- Keep North Little Rock Beautiful
- First Baptist Main Street
- Rock Solid Shredding
